EAL/D Consulting services

I offer a complete service that includes meeting with school leaders at all levels to determine the best path to build teacher capability and whole school processes to support EAL/D students. This may include mentoring, coaching and targeted professional development sessions as required.

The work takes the school context into account and provides a targeted response to the needs of the whole school community. Schools are encouraged to be pro-active and actively engaged in this work as there is no one-size-fits-all-solution. The needs of all stakeholders are valued and taken into account during the consulting process.

Consulting services are also available to schools as they implement pedagogical change arising from Lexis Education tutor training and teacher courses.
